About 110,000 books and 3,200 audiovisual titles related to natural science and engineering, including 9,000 titles relevant to Hyogo Prefecture, are owned by the library. A complete listing of these materials can be retrieved from the library’s homepage. In the main lobby of the library, there are 2 computer terminals with library search functions and a 6-booth AV corner providing users with audiovisual materials.
During the semesters, the library is open to students and the general public as follows:
8:30am to 8:00pm on weekdays 10:00am to 4:30pm on Saturdays

During school breaks in August/September and March/April the library is open to students and the general public as follows:
9:00am to 5:00pm on weekdays
