Tearoom Design Online Workshop 2023（茶室設計ワークショップの参加者を募集）
昨年に続いて今年もオンラインでの開催となります。毎年海外からたくさんの方に参加していただいています。
The habit of drinking tea to socialize is common in several cultures. However, only in Japanese culture was a space specially designed and built exclusively for drinking tea. Japanese tearooms or teahouses synthesize Japanese aesthetic concepts.
NIT Akashi College invites architecture students to participate in our online international design workshop.
Together, the students will work in groups of Akashi 4th year students and develop a tearoom design.
The online Zoom meetings are on
Fridays at 10:40 am(Japan standard time UTC +9)
-Application until 1st October 2023
-Online lecture about traditional Japanese Architecture
-Meetings once a week, 10:40am~12:00am (Nov 2023)
-Final presentation (end of Jan 2024)
