　明石高専第51回卒業証書・第21回専攻科修了証書授与式が行われました。今年もあっという間の1年間でした、私自信もいろいろとチャレンジし少し成長できたと感じています。

情報コミュニケーション学会　第15回全国大会　3月11日(日)
Japan Association for Communication, Information and Society / March.11.2018

　大手前大学さくら夙川キャンパスで開催された第15回情報コミュニケーション学会全国大会に共同研究者の発表があったので参加しました。発表の傍らグラフィックファシリテーションで発表内容が視覚化されていくという面白いスタイルでした。
I attended an annual meeting of Japan Association for Communication, Information and Society, as co-author.

池の水面に藻はありませんでしたが、水底にぎっしりと藻が生えていました。ゆくゆくはちぎれて水面を漂うことが予想されます。
There are nothing on the surface of water. But it is expected to occrre massive algae when we observed to the bottom condition of the water.

Conservation activities of the bamboo forest / March.2.2018

　子供たちと山で竹を切り出し、福祉施設で入所者の方と雛飾りを作成するイベントをNPOと共同開催しました。
Our group and NPO co-organized an event. An event conducted conservation activities of cut down bamboos with children, and at the welfare facility, we made HIna Kazari with residents.

第3ブロック専攻科研究フォーラム　3月2日(金)
An research forum of advanced course on 3rd Block / March.2.2018

第3ブロック、近畿東海北陸地域の高専の専攻科研究フォーラムが名古屋国際センターで開催されました。本年度初のフォーラムでバライエティに富んだ発表が行われました。隙間時間に同僚と近隣散策、市内中心部であるにも関わらず古い街並みを見ることができました。
The 3rd Block means Kosen of Kinki, Toukai and Hokuriku region. The 3rd Block held an resarch forum of advanced course at the first time. There were102 poster presentation, 20 oral presentation. Some colleagues and I went for a walk around the conference building. We had enjoyed becasue could find old townscape.

溶接実習　2月8日
An experiment of welding Feb/8/2018

今年から実施方法を少し変更しました。とてもうまくいったと自己満足しています。
An experiment of civil engineering 3 (4th grade) performed the welding experiment. Students divided into 4 groups at approximately 10 person, and each group spent 40 minutes for welding. Some students had worried the welding, but they were become smile face after the welding. I appreciate to technical staff of machine practice workshop.

Three students in my lab and I joined KOSEN symposium in KOBE held on KOBE KOSEN. Our lab performed one oral presentation and one poster session.

実験用の水を取りに池に行ったのですが、結構厚い氷におおわれていました。実験が前期から後期に移動してあまりいいことはありません。どうにかしなければ
　The surface of pond where we always are collecting the test water were covered ice. One fell into the pond and the other was able to stand on the ice.

Memorial ceremony of the 90 anniversary of Japan Society of Civil Engineering Kansai Branch Dec/14/2017
土木学会関西支部の90周年記念式典に2名の学生と参加しました。4年生の学生は、海外インターンシップの報告を行い、5年生の学生はフォトコンテストで審査員特別賞を受賞しました。
I attended the Memorial ceremony of 90 anniversary of JSCE Kansai Branch at construction Exchange Center in Osaka with two students. The 4th grade student reported his overseas internsihp, and the 5th grade student reacived the the judges special award in the photo contest.

We prepared several things to make the text of welding, for example we checked the order of wearing protective clothes and the procedure of welding.

A musical event and preparing of school festival Nov/10/2017

　私の担任する2Cのでは「縁日＋土木」の展示を行いました。たくさんのちびっこに楽しんでもらえることができました。
All the students went to see the musical in the morning. And the school festival is to be held tomorrow. The students are busy in preparation for the school festival.

　教養行事で「罪と罰（劇団うりんこ）」を鑑賞、定期的にこういう機会があると日ごろとは異なる感性を磨くことができて非常に良いと感じています。そして学校に帰ってからは11日～12日の高専祭に向けてクラス展示の準備です。
An exhibition of our class is the theme of "festival + civil". A lot of kids had enjoyed our games such as bowling, measuring sand weight etc.

薬品を扱うものとして全般的な管理に関する資格講習会に参加しました。3日間座りっぱなしは頭と体に良くないですね。写真は本件とは関係ないですが大学内の風景です
I attended the class of "Class-1 health officer" for three days. I am going to take the license examination for class-1 health officer at the end of September. These photos is view of Kobe university.

久しくしていなかった学科紹介と体験学習を担当しました。
I took charge of introduce of the department of civil engineering in the morning section and experiment of pH in the afternoon section.

Recently it is very hot and humid. The filed survey is very hard. There were crayfish, Bivalvias (Corbicula leana), snails (Semisulcospira libertina) in the river.

4C現場見学会　7月14日
Construction site tour / July 14.2017

　都市システム工学科4年生と交流で来日している台湾中正工業高校の生徒5名と新名神高速道路の現場見学会に行ってきました。新名神高速道路の西端である神戸JCT、生野大橋（エクストラドーズド橋、宝塚SAをメインに共用前にしか立つことのできない場所や様子を見ることができ貴重な体験をすることができました。今回の機会を提供して頂いたNEXCO西日本の関係各位に感謝いたします。本日9時30分からのサンテレビ（兵庫県）で、見学の様子が放送されました。
4th grad students and short-term exchange students from Taiwan visited the construction site of the highway. I think that it is necessary to visit construction site for engineering education.

An event of BURA DOBOKU "Photo courses" / July 8.2017

　今年2回目の写真講座ですが、写真講座は潜在的に人気が高いようです。学生さんの参加も多く、去年の卒業生も参加してくれました。
We were welcomed Takuya Omura photographer (construction sector) again, and learn the technique to take pictures of bridges in KOBE. Long time no see! Two graduated students were join the event. We had enjoyed time. But my sense of photos is not good.

近畿地区大会ソフトテニス　　7月3（月）～5日(水）
Kinki championships of soft-tennis / July 3-5.2017

　最近恒例となった平日開催の近畿地区大会in名張はいつも公欠や授業の振替大変です。大会は台風3号が通過する雨の中での開催となり、選手にとっては調整が大変だったと思います。結果は男子団体3位、女子の1ペアが3位でした。
It is a competition by seven KOSEN in the KINKI area. I am a supervisor and coach, but I have not experienced soft-tennis.

公開講座　竹炭を作ろ！　6月10日(土)、11日（日）
Open lecture "let's make bamboo charcoal"/ June 10-11.2017

　恒例の竹炭作りの公開講座です。今年は参加者が多く2日に分けての開催となりました。
It is an open lecture for junior high school students. Cut the bamboo, and break it, burn it, this activities is very hard. We had made TAKETOMBO while it was burning bamboo.

土木学会員員会　6月5日(月）
The second time meeting / June 5.2017

　環境システム委員会に日帰りで参加。10時の会議まで少し時間があったので清水谷を散策、都内は何気に史跡があって面白いです。
I attended the second time meeting of committee. It was a very important task, then I was tired. It is good to drink in Bullet train! These photo is when I took a walk in the town before the meeting.

An event of BURA DOBOKU "bridges tour" / June 3.2017

　ぶら・土木17「なにわ八百八橋巡り」（土木学会関西支部）で大阪市内の大川に架かる難波橋、天神橋、天満橋、葭屋橋、川崎橋、桜宮橋、京橋、大坂橋を巡りました。CVV（シビル・ベテランズ＆ボランティア）の方にガイドをして頂き、橋の構造はもちろん歴史的背景までの説明を聞いていると、不思議と興味がわいてくるものですね。勉強し直したいと思います。天候にも恵まれ参加者の方も満足されたようでよかったです。
We held a "Naniwa eight hundred and eight bridges tour". Participants walked around Nakanoshima while watching bridges and learning from senior engineers. I had really enjoyed. By the way, today is my first son's birthday.

　調査の準備、実施方法まだ手間がかかります。来月からは自分たちですべてできるようになっているはずです。
This theme is a research on effect of water purification using bamboo charcoal water purification material in a channel. We have been studying this theme from 2013.

　本年度の校務は2年生の担任です。今日は運動日、フィリピンからきている短期留学生を交えてバレーボールを楽しみました。
I am a second grade class homeroom teacher in this year. We had enjoyed playing volleyball in our HR activities.

Survey of pond / May 2.2017

　藻類が発生したと伺い急遽調査を行いました。昨年藻類が発生していない状況で、藻類発生問題を取り扱った学生も少しモチベーションが上がったと思います。
This theme is a research on algae occurs in a pond using sewage treatment water. I think the student's motivation has increased by the survey.

　本年度は5年生8名、専攻科1年生3名、専攻科2年生1名の合計12名の大所帯です。これを1人で指導するのはなかなか難しいです、専攻科生に期待しています

　神戸の山での保全活動です。たくさんのタケノコを期待していたのですが、先客のイノシシに根こそぎ掘り返されています。
We have been conservation activities of bamboo forest with a professor .KANDA from 4 years ago.　This times activity is to take TAKENOKO. We could only get a few TAKENOKO.

ぶら・土木16「写真講座～まちを歩いて土木を探そう～」4月22日(土)
An event of BURA DOBOKU "Photo courses" / April 22.2017

　土木学会誌や日経コンストラクション等の現場写真でおなじみの大村拓也氏（写真家・建設部門）をお迎えし，身近に潜む土木構造物を写真に収める技術を学びました．
I have been a member of BURA･DOBOKU committee of Japan society of civil engineers Kansai Branch. BURA DOBOKU is "lead, convey, raise, grow" to the keyword, is a branch activities for young civil engineers. This times event, we were welcomed Takuya Omura photographer (construction sector) and learn the technique to take pictures of civil engineering structures lurking near us. We had a great time.

Committee on environmental systems Japan society of civil engineers /April 14.2017

　本年から2年間委員を仰せつかりました。今まで学会活動に積極的ではなかったので少し荷が重いですが、精一杯努めたいと思います
I attended the first meeting of committee. I was appointed to the member of the committee for two years from this year. I was not active of committee activity until now, but I think that I want to become positive to from now on.
